After having children I struggled with my fitness levels, weight and general confidence as well as the added difficulty of trying to fit exercise into an already busy day. The great thing about seeing Michelle is that the exercise is tailored to my specific fitness level and personal goals, and as well as the scheduled sessions, she advises on further training, diet and general health and wellbeing. The obvious benefits have been loosing weight, feeling healthier and increased energy levels, but my sessions with Michelle have also given me the confidence to start going to exercise classes again. She pushes you in a way you would never do yourself and I’m constantly surprised by how much I’m actually able to do now.

In addition to all of this I have also seen major improvements in my mental state. Having suffered post natal depression twice I have been on medication for a number of years. Since my sessions begun I have been reducing my medication steadily and am looking forward to continuing the positivity that the regular exercise has brought.

Michelle was recommended by a friend after I had mentioned I was struggling to find the motivation to lose weight for my upcoming wedding.

In only 6 weeks, I had lost over 8 inches and felt more confident and fitter than ever before. For the first time in years, I felt happy enough to wear t-shirts and vests without a cardigan. I even ran the 5km Race for Life in under 30 minutes - I couldn’t even run to the end of the street when we first started!

I won’t lie, it’s hard work, but it makes you feel fantastic and Michelle is really supportive and no two sessions are ever the same, I would even go as far to say they’re fun!

3 weeks and another 2 inches later I got married – I felt absolutely amazing and everyone commented on how good I looked, and it was all down to Michelle!

Before I started my training with Michelle taking the dog for a walk was about the only exercise I had, and if someone had told me I was going to be going on runs and doing sit ups only a few weeks later I would have laughed, as I couldn't even do one sit up when I first started. I was very unfit and felt really quite tired and lethargic.

With my wedding creeping closer I rang Michelle and asked for some training sessions, knowing that I didn't have the will power or confidence to go to a gym myself, I knew I needed an extra Push. 

I was very anxious about my first training session but as soon as michelle arrived I knew I would be fine, She asked my all of my likes and dislikes, what I had (or hadn't )done before in my case! And we did some general exercises. I was doing 2 sessions a week and very quickly my fitness improved, and as the inches dropped off my confidence grew and so did my enthusiasm for exercise and I really started to enjoy my sessions, the only down side was getting up early in the morning so I could fit it in around my work and at first I was very tired but after just a few sessions I found that actually, an hour of exercise before i went to work was a great way to start my day and it made me feel great.

My wedding day finally arrived 3 months later and with a total loss of 16 inches I felt on top of the world, not only did i feel great and full of confidence but my body was far more toned than it had ever been and i had to have my wedding dress taken in by 3 dress sizes!

I would definitely recommend Michelle to anyone, I thoroughly enjoyed our sessions together and will keep them up in the future.

I decided to book some sessions with michelle for a holiday that was coming up,at the time it was 3 weeks away.so I needs some intense sessions! Her guidance on fitness,diet and general health was invaluable to me,she has helped me to create a healthy attitude to my body and food. Training with michelle will change the shape of your body with quick results!

 I began having weekly sessions with Michelle around three months ago. I suffer from chronic back problems, and my goals were to lose weight, slim down, and to strengthen my back to reduce the problems I have with it. Since beginning the sessions, I have lost over eight pounds, and nearly three inches from my waist. Michelle's thorough, fully professional approach has impressed me since day one - on days where I have found myself restricted by back issues or other injuries, she has always been able to tailor and alter workouts to give me the maximum benefit without aggravating the problems in any way. As a result of working with Michelle, I find myself the slimmest I have been in years, and stronger than I have ever been before. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
