Come along to Beamish Hall Boot Camp to discover workouts, which will blast your metabolism, burn fat and tone and define your muscles. These group-training sessions are held in the beautiful grounds of Beamish Hall 3 mornings per week. You will be finished training and set up for the day burning calories all day long before most people have even pulled them selves out of bed!
Bootcamp will fit into busy schedules and there will be no equipment needed! No more sweaty gyms, useless cardio workouts or training alone. You will receive a guide on all you need to know about nutrition, home workouts and will follow a food diary, which is closely monitored by our Personal Trainers.
